About our Ingredients

L-Ascorbic Acid/Vitamin C- one of the most well documented antioxidants for the skin. It is well known that L-Ascorbic Acid is required for normal skin functioning. In larger concentrations it can regenerate healthy skin and work therapeutically to treat and repair the skin. This concentration also acts as a preservative for the product and is commonly used in food preservation. The L form is the only form that can be utilized in the formation with L-Amino Acids into collagen and elastin.

Glutathione- Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant made in the body to help protect it from free radical damage and environmental toxins. It has been used in dietary supplements for years but in skin care it isn’t stable and it smells like sulfur, often requiring the addition of heavy perfumes or scented ingredients in the formula to mask this unpleasant odor. We found a form that is stable, doesn’t smell and works very well in our formulas and you won’t find it anywhere else.
