Program Description
By opting in to receive SMS messages from PD Labs Pharmacy, you consent to receive transactional and informational text messages related to pharmacy services. These messages may include prescription status updates, refill reminders, order confirmations, delivery or pickup coordination, appointment reminders, and responses to patient-initiated inquiries. Messages are not promotional or marketing in nature.

Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with the pharmacy and your prescription activity.
Opt-In Consent
You opt in to SMS communications by providing your mobile phone number and selecting SMS as a preferred communication method during pharmacy intake, onboarding, or through direct request. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to receive pharmacy services.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
