Prescriptions
We dispense prescription medications only with a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber, and only to patients in the states listed on our Where We Serve page. Our pharmacists may decline to fill a prescription when, in their professional judgment, it isn’t appropriate to dispense.
Compounded Medications
Compounded medications are prepared for individual patients based on a prescriber’s order. They aren’t FDA-approved, which means the FDA hasn’t reviewed them for safety, effectiveness, or quality.
Supplements and Shop Purchases
Statements about dietary supplements haven’t been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and these products aren’t intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Prices and availability can change without notice. Shipping, returns, and refunds follow our Shipping and Returns policy.
Practitioner and Wholesale Accounts
Professional accounts are available to licensed healthcare practitioners. We may verify licensure before approving an account and may close accounts that don’t meet our requirements.

Program Description
By opting in to receive SMS messages from PD Labs Pharmacy, you consent to receive transactional and informational text messages related to pharmacy services. You opt in to SMS communications by providing your mobile phone number and selecting SMS as a preferred communication method during pharmacy intake, onboarding, or through direct request. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to receive pharmacy services.
Opt-Out Instructions
